Heavy metal toxicity from soft tissue sources is rare and carries unique diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. Our case involves a previously healthy 4-year-old boy who presented to the emergency department due to worsening right hemiscrotal pain and swelling for 10 days, originally attributed to a torsed, unviable testicle.
