Abstract

A 50 days? baby with critical PS, the first challenging Balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty we did in Afghanistan successfully. A case report from French medical institute for mother and children.

Isolated pulmonary valve stenosis is one of the common congenital heart abnormality in Afghanistan worldwide counts for 6 to 9 percent of all congenital heart defects among children and the balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty is the preferred therapeutic technique.
