An Incidental Case of Transient Erythroblastopenia of Childhood

We highlight a pediatric case of Transient Erythroblastopenia of Childhood (TEC) and compare with published reports and contrast TEC with other causes of anemia, most notably Diamond Blackfan Anemia (DBA).
