Graves’ disease affects skeletal systems in different ways. Most commonly, it causes secondary osteoporosis complicated with fragile fracture in the background of vitamin D deficiency. Here, we are describing a case of Graves’ disease presenting as thyrotoxicosis with genu varum deformity.
