The practical experience in the educational organizations applied to the total quality management methodology has confirmed that a constant and continuous survey of the opinions of clients, including student’s satisfaction, on the quality of the inputs, the educational process, the educational services and the quality of the educational product, will be the backbone of the quality management. Method: Divide the students into male and female groups for the first and second stages of the primary studies in the college and collect the information clearly from each category according to gender and age according to the concerns of the group or group members and their specific needs.
