Abstract

Cooperation and democracy. An institutional Perspective

We argue that institutions allow the construction of stable social to social order problems when they function correctly reducing transaction costs and fostering the development of Cooperative Behavior. We explore strategic behavior in scare resources context in order to develop an argument in favor of distributive fairness.
