In this presentation, I will cover the role of gynecologists, neonatogists and paediatricians in the management of babies born with abnormal genilalia. The ebryiological development will be highlighted and the importance of early sex assignments will be discussed. We will share our experience between 1996 and 2019 with special references to cases with late presentation. The role of culture and social upbringing will be highlighted.
