Modern Trends in Lupus and its Advancement

Treatment of NCLE depends on drugs normally not used to treat patients with SLE flares. The right decision of treatment will permit steroid saving and keep patients from overtreatment with immunosuppressive medications. Suggested dapsone as firstline treatment. While the prognostic worth of NCLE has not been set up, patients regularly have a more serious sickness course with continuous renal association
