Abstract

Quality of Life and Burden on the Family in Chronic Dermatoses

The skin diseases that have chronic course, are more stressful to both the patient and his/her relatives. This current study is a comparative study for the impact of chronic dermatoses on the quality of life of the patient and in turn burden on the family. Tools used in study are Kapoor and Pai scale for accessing the quality of life of the patient and WHO scale to find the inturn burden on the family of the patient.
