The purposes of this study were duel pleat: to determine the relationship between information technology in food service quality and revisit intention and to examine the moderating effect of guest confidence on this relationship. This study examined how information technology in food service quality affects revisit intention. A total of 280 questionnaires were collected from the guests of five star hotels food service outlets in Bangladesh. Structural parameter estimates (PLS-SEM) method was employed to test the proposed relationships. This study indicated that information technology in food service quality influences guest confidence. In the same way, guest confidence has a positive effect on revisit intention. However, information technology in food service quality does not directly affect revisit intention. The study tried to demonstrate that establishing the right connection between information technologies in food service quality and creating guest confidence towards guest revisit intention in the same hotels. The study offers an assessment of information technology's ability to transform food service quality, as well as some fundamental questions concerning the importance of guest confidence, its practical implications, and comprehension of revisit intention in five star hotels in Bangladesh.
