Amidst the current global crisis, one line of business in Nigeria that continues to promise greater returns on investment is the Quick Service Restaurant. Despite the presence of economic, social and political dilemma in the country, the business continues to strive. This paper, therefore, by presenting an in-depth knowledge of the industry exposes its potentials for growth and also highlights the prospects and challenges of operating fast food business in Nigeria. It goes further to identify and recommend the required skills needed by its emerging entrepreneurs to succeed in an environment such as Nigeria’s.
