The purpose of the present study is to describe the current use of the Web as a hotel communication and RM tool in Greece, examining the content of eighty-nine hotel websites and comparing their features, regarding whether they are part of a chain or not. The features these sites present are recorded against a checklist (used as a questionnaire).
