Editorial Note

Annals and Essences of Dentistry Journal (AEDJ) is an international platform for publishing recent advances in the field of dental and allied sciences for the benefit of clinicians, other fellow researchers, industrialists and academicians. AEDJ is an open access and peer reviewed journal managed by an eminent Editorial Board and the manuscripts are peer-reviewed by potential reviewers according to their research interests.

The main Journal aim is to catalogue the current scholarly information sourced from across the world and broadcast it, to maximize its utility and impact for progress of global scientific community. We provide a rapid turn-around time possible for peer reviewing and publishing the article online and to disseminate the articles freely for research, teaching and reference purposes.

AEDJ has been publishing papers for the last 10 years, and recently has renewed its Editorial Board by enrolling an expert scientist such as our new Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Marco Salerno. MS is a materials scientist working at the Italian Institute of Technology of Genova, Italy, who has been involved in a large number of research publications in the field of dentistry. His major contribution in leading AEDJ is expected to support the Journal in reaching even higher heights, in the next future.

On completion of its successful 10 years journey in medical publishing field, AEDJ is offering 50% waiver on article processing charges, to promote research across the globe and to encourage faster advancement of research at relatively low expenses. AEDJ is an established Journal in the field of oral disorders and medicine, oral radiology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics, oral implants, oral epidemiology, pediatric dentistry, dental materials, endodontics, periodontology, prosthodontics, community and public health dentistry and other connected topics.

The Journal classifications are as follows:

Orthodontics, oral implants, oral epidemiology, pediatric dentistry, dental materials, endodontics, periodontology, prosthodontics, community and public health dentistry.

Peer review at AEDJ is performed by the Editorial Board members or by relevant experts from other Universities or Institutes. The approval by minimum two independent Reviewer’s is required for acceptance of any manuscript on AEDJ. The authors may submit manuscripts and track their progress through the ET system. The submitted papers will be undergo a rapid review processing with international peer-review standards within 21 days since submission. The timeline of processing from submission to publication is on average 45 days. Manuscripts are published within 7 days since acceptance. Rigorous double blinded peer review is followed to insure the article’s quality before it gets published.

We additionally promote the articles published on AED by showcasing them by digital marketing on the social media, which will benefit the researcher to increase reputation and attend career progression.

According to the Google Analytics, more than 7,342 readers are visiting our journal website to browse the latest published research and learn about the ongoing research activities in this field. The major countries of origin of the readers include United States, India, South Korea and Mexico.
