In this perspective, we explore the importance of diet and nutrition in promoting healthy aging, the key nutritional considerations for older adults, and strategies for embracing nutritional wisdom to optimize health and vitality in later years.
The significance of diet and nutrition
Healthy aging is more than just the absence of disease; it encompasses a holistic approach to maintaining physical, mental, and social well-being as individuals age.
