As science and our understanding of health evolve, we find ourselves at an exciting crossroads, where the secrets of longevity are slowly but steadily being revealed.

At the heart of this journey is genetics, the intricate code that shapes our biological destiny. It is an undeniable truth that genetics plays a significant role in determining our lifespan. Some individuals are blessed with longevity genes that gift them with a head start in the race against time. But here is the intriguing part: genetics is not the sole determinant; it is merely the starting point.
