He is an Associate Professor in Department of Food Science & Technology, Faculty of Agronomy Engineering & Technology College of Agriculture & Natural Resources,University of Tehran, Karaj, Iran. he is awarded with a Ph.D degree in Food & Agricultural Engineering in 1980 from Iowa State University, USA Followed by a MS degree in food technology and processing in 1976 from Iowa State University, USA as well. His area of expertise, credits him with many publications in national and international journals.
