Ataxia Telangiectasia (AT) is autosomal recessive disorder, characterized by progressive neuro degeneration telangiectasia, immunodeficiency, cancer susceptibility, and some laboratory abnormalities. It is a rare immunodeficiency disease and AT disease is due to the mutation in the gene Ataxia-Telangiectasia Mutated located on chromosome.
