Dr. Ayumi Umino is a psychoeducational researcher supporting for individuals with diverse abilities. Her research focuses on inequality in access to higher education and full employment among young individuals, and the socioeconomic background as barriers in that access. Within the research field, she strive to ensure that society is a diverse and inclusive place for everyone.
