  Assessment of the Level of Copper T380A Contraceptive Method Utilization and associated Factors for Discontinuation in Adama Town Health Institutions, Oromia Regional State, Ethiopia, 2014

  Background: The intrauterine contraceptive device is the most frequently used reversible family planning method in the world. However; its usage is low in many developing countries with a majority of women choosing female sterilization for birth control. Method: A retrospective study design using a quantitative method was used to identify family planning user clients for whom CuT380A was inserted from March 2009-February 2014 GC. A structured check list was employed for data collection. Data was analyzed with Statistical Package for Social Science, version 21. Multivariable logistic regression analysis was done to evaluate the possible association of all variables significant at binary logistic regression analysis.
