William Bellamy, currently a Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock, Arkansas, joined the faculty in 2005 as the founding director of the molecular diagnostics laboratory. He serves as the division director for molecular diagnostics which includes the molecular diagnostic, HLA and cytogenetic sections. Dr. Bellamy is board-certified as a high complexity laboratory director in molecular diagnostics (HCLD).
