Biography
Master in Food Science and Technology, graduated in Food Technology from the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM). Specialist in Food Science with an emphasis on fruits and vegetables from the Universidade Federal de Pelotas (UFPel). Currently, she is a doctoral student in the Graduate Program in Food Science and Technology (UFSM). It conducts research in the area of food science and technology, especially in the area of meat products, natural antioxidants, extraction of bioactive compounds, use of by-products and bioprocesses.
