Biography
Dr. Chih-Ta Tsai is an associate research fellow of Sustainable Environment Research Laboratories (SERL) at National Cheng Kung University in Tainan, Taiwan, where he received the Master (on 1995) and PhD (on 2005) degrees in construction engineering at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in Taipei, Taiwan. He has been the author of more than 70 publications (including chapters, papers in international journals and book of proceedings, poster presentations, and 1 R.O.C. invention patent), as well as serviced as Editorial Board Member of several scientific journals as well as Organizing Committee Member in International Conferences
