Biography
Dr. Granger is Professor of Medicine and Nursing at Duke University and at the Duke Clinical Research Institute. His primary research interests are in conduct and methodology of randomized clinical trials in heart disease and implementation research to more effectively apply proven therapies. He has co-authored over 900 peer-reviewed manuscripts and is in the top 1% of researchers by Clarivate Analytics. He has chaired steering committees on many multicenter randomized clinical trials in acute cardiovascular care, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation. He is past Chairman of the American Heart Association Mission: Lifeline program.
