Biography
Dereje Tewabe is the Director of the Bahir Dar Fisheries and Other Aquatic Life Research Center that is located on the shores of beautiful Lake Tana in north central Ethiopia. He have conducted research at the Center for the past 14 years. He worked with the Project since 2010 and have directed the study of the modern fish and production of a comparative skeletal collection to aid our efforts in identifying the fish fossil remains that are so abundant in the archaeological excavations.
