Dr. Douglas A. MacDonald, is an Associate Professor of Psychology and Director of the Clinical Psychology MA Program. He teaches courses on personality, assessment, psychopathology, cognitive and affective bases of behavior, and history and systems of psychology. He is an active scholar with an ongoing research program focusing on the measurement of spirituality and its relationship to human functioning. As a part of his program of research, he is also doing research examining the relation of spirituality and psychosocial functioning to resting brain states measured via quantitative EEG as well as exploring the effectiveness and applications of neurofeedback technologies.
