Beiyan Zhou is an Assistant Professor in the department of veterinary medicine and biomedical sciences at Texax A&M University.She is awarded with a Ph.D degree in Molecular and Cell Biology/Reproductive Biology, Northwestern University in 2004 followed by a Postdoc in non-coding RNA, hematopoiesis, from Whitehead Institute/MIT in 2009.Her research program focuses on understanding the biochemical mechanisms underlying non-coding RNAs in regulating immune cell formation and function and how they controlling tissue responses and systemic metabolic alternation under obesity stress. Her area of expertise, credits him with many publications in national and international journals.
