Dr. Flora Terrell Hamilton,Executive Director, is a founder of Family and Medical Counseling Service, Inc. (FMCS), incorporated in 1976, and has been executive director since 1981. A social worker, Dr. Hamilton has a B.S. in psychology and Master's and Doctorate in Social Work from Howard University. With vast experience in social services as a practitioner, administrator and educator, she has successfully managed and led numerous projects. She is also a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
