Dr. Buyukyavuz A  is an Associate professor in the Department of Food, Nutrition and Packaging Sciences, Clemson University, Clemson, SC 29624, USA,   His study interests major on nutrition and nutrition development e Dr. Wang is the author/editors/reviewer in several international journals. He published 14articles in many journals and the articles are informative and got good citations.
