Tumor infiltration and lymphatic metastasis are the most important factors determining the prognosis of digestive tract cancers. Hence, assessment of tumor infiltration and lymphatic metastasis at an early stage is of great significance for the appropriate selection of treatment in clinical practice. However, preoperative assessment of tumor infiltration and lymphatic metastasis at the early stage of digestive tract cancers is relatively difficult.
