 Ion C. Baianu is Professor at University of Illinois at Urbana, Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition. Ion C. Baianu completed his Ph.D. degree from the University of London in 1974. He performed his post-doctoral studies at the University of Cambridge, UK. He is working as a professor in Food Science and Human Nutrition Department from 1994 to till date
