Mycosis is a common harmful problem for health throughout the world. Ringworm infection is one of the most dermatomycoses caused by species of pathogenic fungi such as Epidermatophyton, Trichophyton and Microsporum. The potential of biotechnology is to provide health protection through medicinal plants because it also facilitates the earlier detection of various ailments by new biotechnological techniques. Almond posses a variety of benefical properties affecting most notably cancer, high blood pressure, infectious disease and diabetes. In our study, we have used first time Almond hard shell extract for the evolution of antioxidant, antimicrobial potential and therapeutic efficacy against dermatomycosis pathogenic fungi.
