Dr. Maria Elena Soto is an doctor from Cardiology department of Cardiology . From  Instituto Nacional de Cardiología “Ignacio Chávez”, Mexico City.Which is  Located in  Mexico . Her  study interests major on Cardiology. Her area of specializations are Aneurysm Aortic ,Aneurysm, Endothelial Dysfunction .She  published 153  diffrent articles in different journal with good citations.
