Biography
Dr. Proctor is a tenured, Associated Professor with the Department of Industrial & Management Systems, University of Central Florida and serves as Director of the Lockheed Martin Synthetic Environments Learning Laboratory. Dr. Proctor does research in Modeling & Simulation, Agents, Games, Human Factors, Teams, Engineering Economics, Industrial Engineering, Algorithms and Human-computer Interaction. Current research includes stimulating creativity in K-12 Computer Programming education, M&S of nuclear power station disasters, M&S of radiation and its detection by UAV's, and agent tutoring of public health responders to contain epidemics.
