    Trans-Radial Vascular Access (TRA) for coronary angiography and interventional procedures has grown in popularity, and it is shown to be a safe and effective technique with a success rate comparable to that of the transfemoral approach with less access site complications. Trans-Ulnar Access (TUA) can serve as an alternative approach whenever the risk of TRA failure or complications is expected to be high.
