Mohammad Mojtabaei graduated as laboratory technology in 1997(B.Sc) but even before it he had working experiences in public health laboratory and quality control & quality assurance (QC&QA) in pharmaceutical and foodstuff, environment sectors. His background in water returns to his educational courses t in microbiology, chemistry, water and food safety and then during his various responsibilities. When he worked as laboratory expert in research and development (R&D) pharmaceutical he was studying various water such drinking water, pharmaceutical water, industrial water (boiler &cooling tower) specification , waste water recycling and reusing. In 2001 during Afghanistan crisis he jointed WHO Iran as public health &technical officer his cooperation has been continuing until Iraq crisis. During cooperation with WHO Iran he experienced international environment working groups and learned invaluable issues about crisis management including water safety ,safe water & food in emergency . After leaving WHO he works as research &Development consultant in public health, environment and offer various services to government and non government sectors. He presents many lectures in various universities to laboratory professions students and masters, industrial managements, water professions and managements. He has held more than thousand lectures, presentations and workshops for Environment health and safety training in public health and clinical laboratories ,educational research laboratories for B.Sc ,M.Sc and PhD students. He serves as research consultants for governmental and private sectors, writes environment health articles in various magazines and newspapers. He received warded as honor laboratory experts in Khorasan province from medical council and khorasan laboratory society for his invaluable services to laboratory safety promotions
