Biography
Dr. med et MME Monika Brodmann Maeder studied medicine at the University of Basel. Her advanced training focused on the one hand on neurorehabilitation of paraplegics and brain injuries at REHAB Basel, general medicine and anesthesia. She worked for more than ten years in the mountain bases of the air rescue organization Rega and was responsible for the further training of all Rega helicopter teams in Switzerland for three years. She completed a master's degree in Medical Education from the University of Bern.
