Biography
Dr. Naotaka Furuichi's hypersensitive reaction in plants was introduced by Prof. Kohei Tomiyama in the Annual Review of Plant Pathology, vol. 1, in 1963 as the invited author. Dr. Furuichi's work was introduced in the Annual Rev. of the Fascination and Excitement of Sciences, 1994, by Kohei Tomiyama, edited by Dr. Joshua Lederverg.
