    Atropa belladonna is a bifurcating herbaceous plant from Solanaceae natural order. Germination of seeds is difficult. Plant contains various alkaloids with various percentage in plant parts. Alkaloids are as Belladonnaare Atropine, Hyoscine (scopolamine), Hyoscyamine, and Belladonine having anticholinergic properties. They act through parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system. Hyoscyamine is an antagonist of muscarinic acetylcholine receptors. Atropine and Hyoscine having anticholinergic properties.
