Biography

Currently, MRT  Nunes the chief of the Genomic core of the Center for Technological Innovation /Instituto Evandro Chagas/Brazil, and his research interest is currently related to the understanding of virus (arbovirus, arbovirus, and other zoonotic viruses), and microbes biodiversity using Next Generation Sequencing approach (Ion Torrent, Illumina and nanopore technologies[Minion]), as well as to develop new approaches for viral diseases diagnostic using molecular biology, proteomics, and nanotechnology.
