Dr. Schultz is Nursing Director and Associate Dean for the NMSU College of Health and Social Services, School of Nursing. She earned her Ph.D. from Texas Woman’s University in 2002. Dr. Schultz has written multiple publications about oncology and violence against woman. Her other areas of expertise include quality of life, cancer and other chronic disease survivorship, psychiatric mental health nursing and equine-assisted psychotherapy.
