Biography
Dr Paul LaStayo is focused on rehabilitation research in the areas of aging, muscle, mobility and human performance; specifically how muscle and mobility changes and how these changes help or hinder physical functioning in daily life, across the lifespan, following injury or disease, and in sport. Dr LaStayo's research also encompasses the specialty areas of upper and lower extremity rehabilitation. Federal funding which supports his work stems from the NIA, NCI, NINDS, NINR.
