Biography

Quitzan JG Was worked as an professor in Department of Surgery, Universidade Estadual Paulista - UNESP, Botucatu School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science, São Paulo, Brazil. International experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests include Food, Nutrition and Food technology. Her field of specialization is Food science. Having more of research and academic experience ornamented with a number of national and international publications.
