Biography

Robert Rogowsky is Professor of Trade and Economic Diplomacy, Middlebury Institute for International Studies in Monterey, CA. He is Adjunct Professor of Trade and Economic Diplomacy at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service teaches Negotiations in the McCourt School of Public Policy. He is President of the education-oriented Institute for Trade & Commercial Diplomacy and is a Special Advisor to the Berkeley Research Group. Professor Rogowsky served as Chief Economist at the U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC) from 1995 to 1999.
