Dr Gonzalez-Rodriguez holds both degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry and a Masterââ¬â¢s degree in Environmental Sciences. His PhD is in Analytical Chemistry and has developed research in this area for more than 16 years. Dr Gonzalez has published more than 40 papers and communications to congresses and has attracted funds over 3.5 Millionâ⬠in the last 4 years. He is the programme leader of the Erasmus Mundus Masters in Forensic Science and Erasmus+ coordinator of the School of Chemistry. He has experience in running and teaching joint modules with other International Universities. He has also refereed more than 100 papers for international journals and acted as evaluator and reviewer for EC FP-7 Security and ITN calls from 2009 to 2015. He has also acted as referee for the Research Councils of the UK and Luxemburg.
