  Osteo-odonto-keratoplasty: A Review

  Objectives: To discuss the historical background of osteo-odonto-keratoprosthesis (OOKP), patients' selection criteria, preoperative assessment of the patients, OOKP technique in detail and its modifications along with the complications involved. Data Sources: Data for this narrative review were identified by searches of MEDLINE, Current Contents, PubMed, and references from relevant articles using the search term 'osteo-odonto-keratoprosthesis', 'canine', 'eye', 'blindness' and 'Sjogren's syndrome'. Articles published in English medical literature containing studies and case reports on osteoodonto- keratoprosthesis are included in the present review.
