Dr.Shan X Wang is awarded PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, USA in the year 1993. He has extended his valuable service as an Professor in Electrical Engineering and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, he is working as a Professor for Materials Science and Engineering at Stanford University, USA. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests as a Professor reflects in his wide range of publications in various journals. He is an Associate Chair for Department of Materials Science and Engineering and serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for textbook entitled Magnetic Information Storage Technology.
