												A Case of Genitourinary Xanthogranulomatous Inflammation

				 A case of xanthogranulomatous salpingitis associated with a little invasive lesion of cyst in a 52-years-old woman is presented. Xanthogranulomatous inflammation is a rare form of chronic inflammation, destructive to the involved organs. It is characteristic of the presence of plasma cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes, lipid-filled macrophages.
