Dr. Smith is an investigator at the Center of Innovation for Complex Chronic Healthcare. She has expertise in health services research, health outcomes, and health economics. Dr. Smith’s research is focused on the evaluation of outcomes and costs associated with the provision of health care to persons with disabilities.
