A/Professor Stephen Asha is a senior staff specialist in Emergency Medicine at St George Hospital and an Associate Professor (Conjoint) of the St George & Sutherland Clinical School, located on the grounds of the St George Hospital.Research Interests: As an Emergency Physician my research interests cover the spectrum of medicine and surgery, with an emphasis on trauma. I have a particular interest in diagnostic accuracy studies. Past and current research areas have included radiation exposure of trauma patients from CT scans, evaluation of strategies to improve Emergency Department patient flow.
