She also has been associated with The University of California Berkeley, University of Highlands and Islands and University of Reading with active research in the field of Food biosciences. She has several scientific research papers by her name and also a editorial member of Associate Editor: Nutrition and Metabolism, Cardiovascular Diabetology and BMC Pediatrics.
